  • Introduction and selection of suitable crop types to the specific agro-ecological condition of this area.
  • Testing new strains under the specific agro-climatic conditions of the Thal Zone for their wider adaptability.
  • To study the varietal response of different corps against the prevailing insect pest and diseases.
