Achievements |

Cold Store at Lahore Airport has been completed;
-
Operations and Maintenance of the Lahore Airport Cold Store is being outsourced to M/S Agility as per Board decision dated 15th July 2009;
-
For establishing cold stores at Islamabad land has been acquired from the CAA, Technical and Financial Feasibilities prepared, consultants has been short listed, schematic designs ready, waiting for Chief Minister’s approval for final selection of project site;

Feasibility Studies/PCIs for ‘Bhalwal Kinnow Processing & Cold Storage’, ’Mango Packing House’, on the directions of the Government of the Punjab, have been prepared and submitted for final necessary action;

New projects of packing houses right from growing till marketing of fruits & vegetables by introducing growing technology, harvest and post harvest handling, packaging, storage and building export potentials. Besides, also emphasizing on local marketing system of high value perishable commodities through proper handling to the retail markets by eliminating middleman activities.

Besides feasibilities/concepts on the following projects have prepared and will be taken up as and when directed;
