Directorate of Agricultural Information Library (DAIL) is the only library/documentation center in and around Lahore Headquarters for a large number of agricultural professionals. It was established in 2009 under a project of “Provision of Modern Library and Documentation Centre in Directorate of Agricultural Information, Punjab, Lahore” approved by Government of Punjab ( 5.684 Million cost) with the location in Davis Road, Lahore. During the last three years from its commencement, it has built a rich and modern collection containing more than four thousands books, twenty one journals, etc. to meet the information needs of agricultural scientists/professionals. The information Center is playing a proactive role in enhancing the professional growth, skills, and knowledge of agricultural scientists of Punjab.
