Objectives
- The main objective of the project is to promote cultivation of lentil to make the country self sufficient
- To layout 2411 demonstration plots of lentil to exhibit results of production technology at village level
- Training of farmers in adopting new varieties of lentil
- To produce seed of lentil at local level to enhance productivity and living standard of farmers of Barani area
