Main objective of the project is to increase fruit especially mango, citrus and vegetable production in the Punjab province. Organizing farming community under Farmer Field Schools (FFS) system. Educating farmers in mango, citrus and vegetable production technology. Minimizing the use of pesticides to the tune of 20-25% on fruits & vegetables through a comprehensive and well organized training programme in IPM techniques. To enhance mango, citrus and vegetable production qualitatively and quantitatively for foreign exchange earnings. Popularisation of off-season vegetable production through low cost tunnels. Reduction in environmental pollution and health hazards.

The over all objective of the project is to increase cotton production through managing cotton pests and adopting integrated pest management. Since it is economical and environment friendly. To manage cotton pests on spring crops through predators and parasites so as their migration to cotton crop is minimized. To create sustainable biological control in cotton. Preparation and release of 42000 cards of Chrysoperla and 75000 cards of Trichograma on spring crops.
 
     
The project under consideration aims at increasing production of seed cotton in the areas, which used to be very good cotton belt few years back. The project aims at increasing area by 132 thousand acres under cotton in the project districts over a period of 3 years. To improve economy of the country by earning more foreign exchange through producing more exportable surplus cotton and its made ups. To improve the economic status of farmers by educating them about appropriate cotton production technology and increased farm production.
 
     
     
             
Main aim of the project is to enhance the productivity of wheat, sugarcane, rice and guava by introducing special Rabi Drill, Tissue Culture Technology, Parachute Technology of Transplanting of Rice and Control of Fruit Fly respectively.
